In the hidden lab/nursery, Baby Sonic is tended to by robotic hands for a quick change. The small blue hedgehog can’t help but show a worried expression while being cleaned and changed. While this occurs, one of the hands takes the used diaper in a disposal chute.

Aww poor Sonic i can understand that this make him feel kind of worry when some big robots hand suddenly appear.
But at least he have a clean and dry diaper now :)
